I am thrilled to be joining the Young Professionals of Racine to help lead it into the future. YPR is a strong and well-respected organization in the community. It has a dynamic and hard-working Board of Directors and the best membership base this town has to offer. I could not ask for more!
One aspect that really intrigues me about YPR is that it truly is an organization for everyone – contrary to what some may think. It has something to offer everyone – it just depends on your attitude. If you are just starting out your career, you can gain a network of friends and mentors for professional advice. If you have been in the workforce for a decade or more, you might be ready to expand your network and opportunities.
We are an organization that depends on the support of the community through partnerships and memberships. I look forward to taking the first few months of this new position to get to meet all of these people that have helped make YPR what it is today.
